I just purchased and installed a Maximus V extreme motherboard. It was a refurb so of course, only the manual and driver disc were not included. I didn't think this would turn out to be an issue, but it was an absolute nightmare collecting and installing all the drivers needed, and I'm not sure I've even The H100i V2 was the culprit, both with this 8700K and a 7700K previously. I rectified it by fitting a Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML240R to this 8700K, and I sorted out the 7700K with an ID-Cooling Frostflow+ 240. I can't speak to the H115i Pro or H150i Pro, the problem with the mounting pressure on my H100i V2 was that the standoffs were too long. First of all I have to sorry for my bad english.
