Hello, I and apparently others are having problems with the steam workshop's mods being stuck in an updating phase. Here is a screenshot of the problem, and also a reddit thread where others say they have similar problems. I believe this is something about Steam's server again as in the past, I had trouble downloading the mods list. It used to show up as steam id numbers for the mod folders but Iceman fixed it. I dont have a solution yet, but for you, does the mod download as steam workshop civ 5 in your downloads in the steam library?
