Windows 10 cannot open any files/folder . if i selct Windows icon bottom right corner right click selct file or folder right click it pause screen goes blank and resumes to desktop. Thanks Ezio, it makes sense to open the file too, but I have some clients that cannot seem to wrap their heads around how Dropbox works and they were looking for an easy way to (re)download the file from the browser so they could attach to an email and were struggling finding a way to do that.

Re: Cannot download certain files? I assume you're finding it "odd" that the MS files download OK but others won't? I even tried to download a .pdf and it wouldn't let me so it's not just executable files it doesn't like.
